Spring 2018 Band Trip
This year’s band trip will be to the Corpus Christi Schlitterbahn Resort and Waterpark from Friday, May 4th to Sunday, May 6th! In addition to visiting the waterpark, we will be performing in the Buccaneer Parade on Saturday evening. The total cost per student is $400 (this includes lodging and travel costs for the entire weekend). Students should plan on bringing spending money for souvenirs and food items.
If your student is interested in joining us for a great weekend, here are the steps they need to follow:
- Check that the student’s Fair Share is paid in full (students with an outstanding Fair Share balance are not eligible to go on the Spring Trip).
- Turn in trip forms to the directors by Friday, Jan. 5th.
- An initial deposit of $150 is due to the directors on or before Friday, Jan. 12th. Reservation number can only be given to students by directors, and only if their Fair Share is paid-in-full.
- Three more payments will be due: $85 on February 9th, $85 on March 9th, and $80 on April 13th.
Perform America-Texas, LLC. maintains a specific payment schedule and late fee/refund policy, all of which is not up to the directors. It is imperative that all payments are made on time and that all students who sign up for the trip are committed to going. If too many students drop out we will have to cancel, and unfortunately full refunds will not be available.
